Long After I've Gone

I draw my heart upon your earth's red skin

Knowing I'll never forget the blessing you've been

And even if the wind blows away the promise I've drawn

I sense my heart will rest here long after I've gone . . .

There are some moments in life we will never forget.
It is in those moments that we should seek to understand how God is speaking.
Because He is always speaking.

I have 10 days left in this beautiful country . . . 10 days to soak in every scene, every face, every Word coming from God's mouth. May my heart and eyes be open.

  1. Wow...only a week and a half left! It's weird that time has gone so fast. Time has flown by even for me just keeping up with your updates! I can't wait to hear about everything you've done and all you've learned. What a great experience!

  2. As always, Rachel...beautiful, inspiring, and convicting--all at once.

I'm so glad for you that you've finally gotten to experience this longing of your heart.

Can't wait to hear and see even more about it!
